90 Day Goal Setting Template

Congratulations on taking the first step towards transforming your life! By setting meaningful goals and working towards them, you’re paving the way for personal growth and financial success.

To make the most of your journey towards financial well-being, it’s important to set clear and actionable goals. Use the 90-day goal-setting template below to define your objectives and track your progress over the next three months.

How to Fill Out the Template:

Set Your Timeline: Write down the start and end dates for your 90-day period. For example, if today is the 2nd of July 2023, your timeline could be from the 2nd of July to the 2nd of October 2023.

Define Your Goals:

Divide your goals into three aspects of life: Health, Work, and Relationships. Here’s how you can approach each category:

Health Goals:

Set goals related to improving your vitality and well-being. This could include areas like exercise, nutrition, mental health, and self-care.

Work Goals:

Identify goals related to your job, business, or future career aspirations. Consider aspects like skill development, promotions, projects, or entrepreneurial endeavors.

Relationship Goals:

Set goals for enhancing your relationships with family, partner, and friends. Think about areas such as communication, quality time, support, and creating meaningful connections.

 

Instructions – Dream Identity:

In addition to setting goals for your health, work, and relationships, we encourage you to explore the concept of “Dream Identity.” This exercise will help you envision the characteristics and qualities you aspire to embody in each aspect of your life.

  1. Think of Someone You Admire: Consider a person you admire for their exceptional qualities in terms of health, work, and relationships. This can be a real-life individual, a fictional character, or even a superhero. Reflect on their habits, achievements, and interpersonal skills that inspire you.
  2. Identify Desirable Traits: Analyzing the qualities of this person, determine the specific traits you would like to acquire or develop within yourself. Focus on the traits that align with your goals and resonate with your aspirations.
  3. Make Connections to Your Goals: Connect the desired traits to your goals in the areas of health, work, and relationships. How can these qualities contribute to your success and happiness in each aspect? Consider how embodying these traits can help you become the best version of yourself.
  4. Incorporate the Dream Identity: Integrate the essence of your Dream Identity into your goal-setting process. Let it serve as a guiding light and inspiration as you work towards your objectives. Visualize yourself embodying those qualities and use them as a source of motivation throughout the 90-day period.

Remember, this exercise is a powerful tool to align your goals with your personal growth and development. By incorporating aspects of your Dream Identity, you’ll be working towards becoming the person you aspire to be.
